The movie is basically the first one with added footage. I mean it. It is brother Ricky who is in a mental hospital being interviewed by his 13th doctor. They still need to understand how and why he is in the hospital. The crap childhood in an orphanage and seeing his older brother murdered in front of him is not enough to convenience the doctors. They are just too picky. So we get to watch and hear about his murders, and his only girlfriend who he kills along with several other people.
This movie is terrible. The worse acting that I have ever seen, and I watch Troma films. I think it is odd that an attractive actor would be cast to play a killer. It’s like, yeah he’s hot, but he killed all of those people. The people killed in this movie needed to be killed. It was an odd time period for movies though.
It was one of the worse chapters in the series. It is worth
watching as a comic relief, but it would never scare anyone. I
watched it so you don't have to.
